Three sharpenings, one voice pass:

  bare metal → cyber-insurance policy reclassifies to AI performance bond;
  silicon halts the action before execution.
- Section H evidence: drop the k_E formula, name the FRICTION — placement
  drift leaves the cached in-lane path, cache misses, traversal cost spikes
  before the action fires; the tolerance band is a measured floor, not a mood.
- Section H callout: make the TAPE explicit — the model is stripped of
  execution and becomes a petitioner; it writes intent to an append-only,
  air-gapped tape that steers a local substrate walk; a hallucinated
