fix(attest): flight-tape guard — assert determinism, not fixture physics; close jsdom windows Two pre-existing defects in the causal-loop guard, both older than today's tape work: (1) it hardcoded OFF_DOMAIN/IN_LANE for canned edits, but the spec/work artifacts the page builds from regenerate over time — the edit drifted into the tie band (UNPLACEABLE) and the guard cried wolf on healthy tape mechanics. Now each state's verdict is captured at append time and scrubbing asserts the state replays ITS OWN recorded verdict — a strictly stronger determinism claim that cannot rot with artifacts. (2) Neither test closed its jsdom window; http mode arms setInterval(pollTape,500), so the runner never exited — the mechanism behind test processes accumulating since 08:57 (observed at session start, pre-dating all tape changes). t.after(dom.window.close()) on both. Result: exit 0, 2/2 pass, no --test-timeout crutch. The poll/merge leg (the causal loop the blend sweep writes into) was verified green throughout — the sweep never broke it; all 52 tape events carry id + metrics.verdict. Originating-Terminal: 🔨 builder Relevant-Rooms: 🔨 builder, 🧪 laboratory, 🧭 navigator Story: The operator asked to make sure the blend sweep did not break the causal loop. Forensics split the red guard into a passing loop leg (poll/merge green, tape page-safe) and two pre-existing guard defects (fixture-pinned verdicts + never-closing windows). Fixing the guard to assert replay-determinism makes it immune to artifact drift while pinning the property that actually matters to the tape: the past replays itself exactly.
