fix(bookclub): dedicated launchd trigger + brace $TITLE (smart-quote crash) + blocklist malformed addr

The daily Book Club stopped firing because its ONLY driver was the token-heavy
controller tick (com.thetacog.controller), which was unloaded when auto/token
hooks were disabled — Book Club went down with it. Operator wants everything off
EXCEPT Book Club, so give it its own dedicated, LLM-free launchd agent
(com.thetacog.bookclub) that runs only bookclub-daily.sh every 5 min, decoupled
from the controller. Idempotent by design: preview stamp-gated, send receipt-gated
(self-heals, never double-sends).

Root cause of the missing pre-send email: a smart-quote autocorrect turned
"$TITLE" into “$TITLE” on the preview subject; under `set -u` bash merged the
trailing multibyte ” into the parameter name → unset var → aborted the whole
preview sub-stage silently for days. Braced the var and added the regression
guard (tests/ops/bookclub-daily.test.js #11: bash -n + no curly-quote hugging a
$var).

Also blocklisted thetacrmsell...@gmail.com — a truncated placeholder address that
Resend 422-rejects, which held all_ok:false and would make the self-heal retry the
full send (Ava TTS and all) every 5 min. Today: 1547/1548 delivered, receipt now
all_ok:true, agent settled.
