The current version of ThetaDriven Coach is a beta release. By participating in our beta program:
You acknowledge that the Service may contain bugs, errors, or other issues.
You agree to provide feedback when requested, helping us shape the future of the Service.
You understand that features may change significantly before full launch as we refine our unique Fractal Identity Map (FIM) technology and user experience.
You acknowledge that the Beta Program is an early phase in our product roadmap, aimed at validating core concepts and gathering user insights to inform future development milestones. More information on our general roadmap can be found in our FAQ.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your information as explained in our Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data to build and refine your personal Fractal Identity Map (FIM) to enable the personalized coaching features of the Service.
To provide our Service, we need access to certain data, including:

Calendar information (with your explicit permission)
Your communications with our AI coach
Specifically, when you sign in using Google, we may retrieve and display your Google profile picture within the Service. This image is used solely to personalize your user experience (e.g., in the application header or user-specific dashboards). We do not use this image for any other purpose and do not share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to display it within the Service. Your profile picture is fetched upon sign-in to ensure it is up-to-date.
By providing your phone number and agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receive text messages and phone calls from our Service. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP to any message.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ThetaDriven Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
