Every commit here gets a deterministic, LLM-free drift receipt (the mechanism). When a receipt lands out of lane (off-lane share above the 15% threshold), that is one countable event — and it triggers an intervention: a sensemaking pass explains the drift, the fixes get checklisted, and the story is published here. Countable events are what make a lane priceable; this page is the count. Each entry is a structural alert, not a scolding — a diagnosis, not a verdict — and the ledger you are reading is a loss ratio, published by the house that carries it.
